Overall had perfect 10/10 stay for service in the restaurant. The staff that checked us in was really excellent. We were moved to a city king room with breathtaking views and great bedroom plus lovely decor. Good location close to a bus station, that was handy. You can find Foomum close to the hotel to a have lunch.

The location was wonderful, adjacent to the Aldwych Theatre and Covent Garden, those areas and Covent Garden in easy walking distance from here and two tube stops roughly 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was good for breakfasts. The staff was amazing friendly with advice and suggestions.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay for anniversary celebration, everything was high quality. The staff was really excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. Good location in the interesting area and it was a bonus to be close to a bus station. Being close to Foomum was nice, we had dinner there.

There is a small supermarket nearby, perfect for picking up any essentials. Additionally, there are many attractions within walking distance, allowing for a great exploration of the city. The rooms are spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The staff is supportive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast to start the day on a high note. the location, room quality, and service make for a great budget-friendly choice.
There were some inconveniences during the stay, such as a clogged toilet and a fire alarm going off, causing guests to evacuate the building. However, the staff handled these situations well and were apologetic for the inconvenience caused.

The location of this place is amazing, close to Piccadilly, restaurants, and easily accessible taxis; I even found a great sandwich bar nearby called Di Lieto.

In overall the room was brand-new and with nice furniture. The staff was very attentive and attentive, everything was pleasant. This was my extra special stay on the weekend before Christmas.
