The hotel offered a fantastic location, just a short stroll to Covent Garden and St Paul’s Cathedral. I loved the spacious and clean City King Room with its comfortable king-size bed. Enjoyed relaxing in the quiet atmosphere of the bar area, a perfect place for pre-dinner drinks. I encountered a few inconveniences. The check-in process felt rushed, and I noticed some empty used glasses were left outside my door for too long. the lack of a restroom on the ground level made things inconvenient during my stay. the atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the hotel staff's attitude, but I would expect a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping.

Had a fantastic time here with my friends! We explored the local area, watching some of our favorite shows on the flat screen TV with Sky Sports—totally loved the vibe. The rooms were super comfy and had everything we needed. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a fun getaway!
The breakfast service could be better. we felt a bit rushed and had to wait a while for our food on the first morning. It could use some improvements to make it more enjoyable.
